I’m Dan French, a North Carolina real estate broker serving Jacksonville, the Crystal Coast, and Eastern North Carolina, including Emerald Isle, Topsail, and the Hampstead area. I work with buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types, from primary residences and relocations to coastal homes and long-term investments.
As a Navy veteran, I have extensive experience helping military families navigate PCS moves to and from Camp Lejeune, including VA loans, tight timelines, and changing orders. At the same time, I regularly work with local homeowners and coastal buyers who want clear, practical guidance and an agent who understands both the market and the process.
